WHY DOES THE PRODUCT SECTION NOT SHOW UP ON MY SCREEN (IT'S BLANK)?

In order to view/complete the Product Overview section, you must have Flash on your computer. To download (for free), you may go to www.adobe.com and select "Get ADOBE Flash Player." Once downloaded, this section should be fully available.

WHY ISN'T THE MODULE SHOWING UP AS COMPLETED (TURNING GREEN) EVEN THOUGH I HAVE TAKEN ALL OF THE TESTS? THE INDIVIDUAL TESTS SHOW UP AS COMPLETED (GREEN)? DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO HAVE IT COMPLETED?

You do not need to do anything once you have completed all of the quizzes. As long as each quiz/scenario is showing as completed (i.e. green dot), you will be registered as having completed EXCEED and we will be notified to send your shirt/certificate. Should there be any issues, we will contact you via the e-mail address provided at registration.

WHAT IS MY ACCESS CODE?

The access code should have been provided to you either via a direct mail piece, a quarterly mailing, or communication with your field representative. It is a 6-digit code that is pre-set and cannot be changed - it is NOT your password that you set. If you do not have an access code, please e-mail your name and store information to exceedinfo@yokohamatire.com to receive one.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ACCESS CODE AND THE PASSWORD?

The access code is provided by Yokohama as a measure to validate that the user is from a valid dealer and to assist in tracking user types. It is a set code which cannot be changed by the participant. The password, on the other hand, is set by a user when registering and can be changed by the user at any time.

HOW DO I OPTIMIZE THE SCREEN RESOLUTION?

The Exceed site is optimized for 1024 x 768, which is currently the most widely used screen size. Site pages look and work the best at this most common size. If you make it any larger, it is possible that you will need to scroll down the page to see the full content.

Should you wish to optimize your screen size to your computer, you will find the settings to adjust your screen size within the section Control Panel/Display/Settings/Appearance (for Windows).
